Nokia 2630 — Under Warranty nokia care is not repairing my mobile

Actually my phone is in under warranty and giving problem related with speaker and i went to three nokia care at
1st they told me tht they dont have parts of it so they refer me to another Nokia care.
on
2nd Nokia care they told me that they dont have data cable of it and again refer me to another nokia care
and finally on
3rd nokia care they told me that "your key pad color is faded so that your mobile is out of warranty now" but my mobile is in warranty now and that guy was talking vary rudely.

so if you people can able to do something for me than contact me
