hello sir,i purchashed nokia 2730 handset, and after some days i saw that a particular part is fractured. handset is within warranty period.

I HAD PURCHASED MOBILE 2730 CLASSIC FEW MONTHS BACK FROM SHOP NAME-MOBILE SHOP,JALANDHAR,FROM THE THIRD DAY I CELL WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY,SHOPKEEPER REFUSED TO GIVE ME SUPPORT,I VISITED NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE NAMED-VISIONWAY COMMUNICATION,JALANDHAR AND INSPITE OF MY REQUEST TO REPLACE THE HANSET THEY REPAIRED IT,AGAIN AFTER A FEW DAYS AGAIN CELL WAS NOT IN WORKING CONDITION AND AGAIN I VISITED THE SAME SERVICE CENTRE,NOW THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY WILL SEND MY CELL TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE FOR REPLACEMENT,AFTER A WEEK AGAIN THEY GAVE THE SAME HANDSET,AGAIN ON 15TH DECEMBER THE HANDSET WAS DEPOSITED FOR REPLACEMENT JOB SHEET NO.[protected]/101215/5 DTD.15.12.2010 AND SERVICE CENTRE ASSURED FOR STANDBY HANDSET AND FOR NEW CELL BY 22.12.2010,BUT UPTO NOW I AM JUST WAITING,I CONTACTED NOKIA CUSTOMERCARE BY EMAILS WITH COMPLAINT BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKING IT SERIOUSLY.I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THEM.REGARDS, DARPAN WALIA,[protected]
