Replacement of Nokia -3110 set Colour Brown Batch no. [protected] We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have purchased Nokia -3110 set on 04.07.2009 from Anand World, Sambalpur, Orissa-768001 which is not working due to hardware problem. When given for rectification they explained that its because hardware problem and it will send for repairing to the company and it will take around 3 weeks, so whats the use of the Nokia Phone. When I asked them to change the set Anand World refused to replace. I could not believe that branded company like Nokia produces such type of set. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. in my set volt is not shown so i i check capacitor its also not working how i can repair it help me?
i have nokia 3110 classic phone.Oneday it drop into the water. After that i can not hear in any phone call.I can not access this problem by replacing the speaker.Please help me to solve this problem

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have purchased the above-noted set on 04.07.09 which is infested with certain technical problems. Your Nokia Care told me that there are some hardware problem in the set and he will sent to the company for repair. The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
