Nokia 3110 Classic — lost my mobile

Sir ,I bought a cell of nokia 3110 classic at the rate of 4200 on 13 july 2009.But unfortunately I have lost my cell on 14 August 2009.Are there any methods to trace the cell?The sim on mobile at that time was idea.The mobile no. is [protected].Are there any methods to block the cell?Sir please take my complaint into consideration and I request you to trace my mobile.
