[Resolved] Nokia 3110 Mobile Phone — nokia 3110c music player issues?

I'm using nokia 3110c from past 3 months and first time i faced the problem of music player i.e when i update music player it updates/restarts after that.Alternatively i could find in google that many users are facing the same problem.I also email nokia people, no answer from them still.I wonder? Also i took my phone to nokia care and updated my phone software, still im facing same problem, however i tried every solution people gave me when i surfed through google.but still no use.I'm surprised to know that the web page of nokia has not updated their PC software.It still says some 5.0 version, where in i[censored] take ur mobile to nokia care, they update the software...and they too said we are helpless. Nokia 3110C — Problem in Mobile

Sir, I have purchase NOKIA 3110c, 4 months ago. I faces lots of problem. To solve my problem i go to NOKIA CARE CENTER. But they don't give positive response. They only makes customer fool. Behalf of software updation they only keep the mobile 1-2hr and then after returned to me. And my problem remain same. For the same problem i visited 3 Nokia care centre. The location are given below:

1. Nokia Care Center: UPHAR Cinema, New Delhi
2. Nokia care Center: Patel Nagar, New Delhi
2. Nokia care center : Kingsway Camp, New Delhi

But all these make me fool.

Please, do the proper action regarding my problem.

Otherwise i have to go with Consumer Forum.

I have a problem in transferring data from my PC to nokia 3110c handset. i get an error message "failed to upload file". When i transfer file from my pc to handset memory there is no problem at all, but when i transfer file to memory card it gives me the above message which indicates that there is some problem with the memory card. My memory card is 512MB which I received free along with the handset. I request you to give give me the correct solution for the above error message or arrange for a replacement of the card.

You are right. I too purchased a Nokia 3110C in June and within 2 months the keypad is not working. Mobile gets switched off automatically and restarts often from a blank white screen. I had to run up and down to Nokia Service Centre and finally left my mobile with them on the third time for nearly a month (they said they are sending the mobile to Nokia company itself as they were not able to repair it locally) before they got it repaired that too after I informed them about my plan to file a complaint in consumer court. Nokia 3110C really SUCKS and the Service Centres are the WORST

I too face the same problem... I bought the mobile in the month of dec(2008)... My mobile too gets switched off and restarts... My music player is also not working... it keeps updating... Please if you find a solution, post it here pls...

phone is switch off automatically in use so i give the phone to nokia care but my memory card is not return to me

Yes you are right Nokia Care Centre really makes the Customer Fool and not solve it.

Hello friends to overcome from the problem of restarting and music player problem of your nokia 3110, just download "MOBILE RAM BOOSTER" from http://getjar.com & after getting this application, open it go to option button and then speed boost. Use it 3-4 times in a week all ur problem will be disappear

I too face the same problem... I bought the mobile ... My mobile too gets switched off and restarts... My music player is also not working... it keeps updating... Please if you find a solution, post it here pls...
