my set 3110 c have not working music player it is loading music library but not working

as i starts my music player on my mobile it shows that music player in updating music library and as it reaches to 89% it shows that "no music files found" and music player closes of.
please give me some solutions to this problem.

i purchase a nokia mobile phone (nokia 3110c) on 26/10/2008 in 1 year it got software update more than 30 times & this set was gone 2 times to their head office for repair for not working of the phone.so i want to replace my set nokia company or refund my money

My Music Player is not working... It only says "NO FILES FOUND".

hello sir/madam, whenever i start my music player it always update library first and when it reaches 100% it says no music files found but i have checked my memory card and also played the file but again when i start music player it again displays the same problem.i have also restarted my mobile many time i have also re inserted my battery and also tried my brothers memory card but the problem remain the same. what shall i do. is there anyway by which i can solve this problem without going to nokia center.
