[Resolved] Nokia / 3110c — Responsibility of nokia care | |
to. whom so ever it may concern..... I gave my headset i.e. Nokia 3110c set as it suffered some liquid damage problem according t the customer care manager of NOKIA CARE CENTER AT UJJAIN,(near gurdwara freegang branch). The cell was in warranty till then.They said they'l send it to delhi for services and asked me to check the status on 8th day through which i'll get to know whether the services are in warranty or not. i called them, they did not replied for 4 days properly...every time they had some reasons.Finally they told me that your cell is on repair under warranty n asked to recieve it after another 10 days. after 10 days they called me n asked to take away the cell and informed that it is totally repaired and the display is now working and repair is under warranty. when i went to collect the headset they told its no yet repaired and repairing would cost some 1800 and would take another 15 days. they said there might have been some confusion on phone. I suspect there is something wrong between the procedures.Still not got my headset. I feel like puting a case on them in consumers court. Was this information helpful? | |
