Nokia 3120 Classic — d-cover broken - inferior matrial used or lack of quality

Dear Sir,

I purchased 1 nokia handset on 26/12/2008 IMEI: [protected] MANUFACTURED ON /IMPORT -NOV 08,

We all assume when buyng nokia set are of standard quality Ihave been using nokia since hutch was named as command .Customers also assume that the quality of the product will be as follows
1) Assumed to bear normal wear and tear .

2) assumed to use stantred matrial

3) Assume to have warranty of one year all technical and mfg faults

4) Service centres to have adequate inventory of spares


Alas ! nothing is avalaible

The D- cover of the refered set got broken but all the Facia are intact Rest all is okj

Which means that D-cover was not properly manufactured/ material of infrior quality

Also you nokia service centers 10, lenin sarani kolkata 700013 do have the D-cover

even after 10 days from the date of lodging the complain.

Please see that the same is made avalaible at the service centre.
