[Resolved] Nokia 3230 — IMPROPER HANDLING AT CUSTOMER CARE | |
I gave my mobile(Nokia 3230) to sector16, Faridabad Nokia Care, as there was some software problem .When i went to them after 2days for my mobile they said that my mobile is having some startin problem, which was not exactly, and they keep on delaying by saying that come after few days and so on.The main point of concern is that they have stolen the original display of my mobile.This i have made sure from so many local shopkeepers that my original display has been replaced by Nokia care. I am Santosh Kumar Agarwal from Delhi, I purchased the Nokia handset 3230on 2/04/2007 and the IMEI No. [protected] on[protected] .at MG MOBILE INDIA PVT.LTD, G-5, Ground Floor Modi tower 98, Nehru place, new Delhi-110019 Phone no[protected], / 49, after some month using this handset, I found the some problem suddenly display off. And not come display still, I sent the mobile your Nokia customer care at mobile selection G-34, lower Grounds floor Kalka ji New Delhi-110019 Phone no[protected] .they checked mobile was in warranty, my complain no-528, date 17-03-08.but still my handset problem not short out, knowing this your brand is most better than other than Indian market, so I have bought the mobile, I have attached the my purches bill and my complaint’s no - photo copy please finds the attachment check, , and take stick decision
If you will take stick decision very quick I will very great fully to you.
Give me Solution what should be done now?
