i have purchased a nokia 3500c in august, and till now the piece is giving me problem, i can not switch off the phone, the battery problem, if i start music player, the piece will be hang, Was this information helpful? | |

if i am switch off my mobile and restart then it takes long time and also music player loading nearly 15 minutes

Am using handset since from 1yr, now it is automatically switchoff, give me the soulation for the same.
i went into the message>security settings>sign in>it asks me my pin code i gave but now it does not move from this and asks me pin blocked .enter PUK code what shall i do please help me soon
