Nokia 3600 Slide — Faulty handset

I purchased my Nokia 3600 slide from the PhoneSHop at Colaba on 25 December 2008. The representatives of the shop Mr Jignash and Mr Bhavesh informed me that the phone battery would last for 8 hours. WIthin 15 days i returned the phone to them with a complaint that my phone gives me talk time of only 2.5 hours. Since 25 December 2008, I have given my phone to Nokia customer care (bright point lower parel) for more than 40 days. They have not rectified my problem. they issued a new handset on 10 April 2009. But the new handset gives me a talk time of 1.5 hours. Ms. Pallavi and Mr Mithun ([protected]) from Nokia are very well aware of my compliants. I have been in touch with Nokia's online customer support as well. But Nobody has responded to my compliants such that I get refund. I know that 3600 Slide is a faulty phone and nokia should stop circulating this handset. If you visit the customer grievance on the nokia india website you will notice there are zillions of compliants against Brightpoint, Lower parel. They have not addressed my problem and keep telling me my phone is ok and I can collect it. Please intervene and help me recover my money 10, 000 Rs plus damages for the loss I have incurred due to there ineffecitent customer care.

I have complain about Nokia 3600 slide to the dealer still he did not give me response I complain him numerious time but he did not give me response so I am gong to district forum before 25 August 2009

Respected Sir/Madam,

I’m Juhi from Goregaon East,
This is my second or third complaint mail to you guys & I assume that Nokia doesn’t care for their customers at all, as you guys don’t have the courtesy to reply to any of my mails,
I’m using Nokia 3600 slide IMEI no-[protected]
I bought this phone on the 1st of Feb 2009 ever since then I’m not happy at all.
This phone never works properly…….. I have been to your Nokia service center atleast 5 to 6 times since I purchased it in Feb
But recently on the 29th of September 09 I had given my phone to your Nokia care center at Goregaon west- That’s – Goldline Infotech,272/2161, Motilal nagar,Link rd, Mumbai-62 . My Job sheet number is 090829/42
I gave the phone for servicing because liquid had entered in it As my cell phone got damp & its camera wasn’t working & everything else was fine, now I understand it was my fault & I also paid 950 rupees for that. I received my phone back on the 5th of Sep 09 Only to know that the camera was now working but your guys spoilt its charging & my phone doesn’t charge at all now. I’m really upset with the service provided after spending a bomb for purchasing this phone. And your service center guys don’t treat the customers in a good manner as well. I hope you will at least bother to read this mail & revert ASAP.
