Nokia 5130 — Cheating by Nokia Care

Purchansed a New Handset from Reliance Digital in Gurgaon. It started having problems in about 15 days, went to Nokia Care in Gurgaon called Sheetla, they repaired it and it again started coming back, I went again to them and told them if it keeps repeating, then you better replace the handset. To which they decided to revert by saying there is water in the handset.

Though I reasoned with them, that the same problem can not have first a manufacturing defect repaired by you and now a problem caused by water they don't seem to agree, I know it is a false story by them as the mobile never worked and have kept it in new condition since then.

All I am looking for is to solve this problem without having to pay, specially as I know they are making a false story of water just for the heck of it.
