[Resolved]  Nokia 5130 Xpress Music Phone — My phone restart

my complaint did not solve

NOKIA 5130 is complete .initially my phone started hanging up. but later complete white screen came and i cant use my mobile for days. No keys are working when that white screen appears. Customer care for Nokia neglects this problem. I will never buy Nokia in my life. Nokia sucks...

nokia/ 5130 xpressmusic — my phone is constantly giving me troubles

hello sir,
My nokia 5130 xpressmusic is giving me troubles consistently,
my phone is IN WARRANTY period,
first it was not starting but after i contacted Nokia care (22/10/2010) ,they sent my handset to delhi centre and it tool 10-11 days to repair (returned on 2/11/2010) ,but after 5 days it is again giving me problems of restarting again and again ..

i have purchased Nokia brand by its good will but now its getting worse ..what are the conditions on which they can replace my handset ?
ps HELP !

hi, i am mithun from barasat . Hey could some one please help me ...my nokia phone hung and is not at all responding after switch on the phone. just see NOKIA . when i am charging my phone . no display any screen . for any button i press even the switch off button...NOKIA 5130. plssssssssssssssss help me.

I buy Nokia 5130 Xpress Music in June 2010. Now I face a problem with my nokia set, it will shut down itself n when i restart, it will show a white screen n automatically shut down nokia set,
I retry n retry to restart it but almost cannot...
[I went n of time’s to nokia customer care for this problem, they all way’s installing new version software and charging250 Rupees but they never told me what is the problem.]

I have changed a theme in the phone(Nokia 5130 XM)... But immediately it got hanged... It neither switch Off's nor get on ... This hang over is 3rd time within a year.. But 2 times I updated the software in Nokia care centre...last time not even a month took but it got hanged... pls give me a correct and helpfull solution..

We purchase a nokia lumia530 mobile now it not getting charge so pls help and resolve the problem asap. this is i using the nokis 2nd tinme and both the mobile has not good seem to say nokia such a big brand providing such kind of products which is not complete one year.???
