Nokia 5233 — Damage of Screen

I have given my Nokia 5233 for repair of screen and my handset is in guarantee period,but the Nokia care personals are asking for payment and they are not giving any kind of bill to us.if we have to pay money then but is use of gurrante period.This problem comes twice a time.
