Nokia 5233 — fade with customer care

Dear Sir/ madam,

I am Bidyut Kumar Baidya resident at jadavpur garfa Baidya para p.o-haltu p.s-kasba,kolkata-700078.I was purchase a nokia 5233 on 4/11/2010.Now that phone is creates sum problem so i send the ph in your customer care service station which is INFOTEL SERVICES 1,Ekdalia Road Kolkata-700019 at 11/10/2011 and my job sheet no[protected]/111011/6 and my ph no is [protected].

You are well known company but your above service center is very bad,they are not take any customer call there no is 40076900.In this service center employes are doing only gossipy not do any work and their branch manager Mr. Abhijit chattarjee not stay in center and they r nothing do anything and useless,Mr. Abhijit Chatterjee basically a lazy deceitful man.

please take my problem gravitationally and solve them as soon as possible,and suggest me what I can do.
