[Resolved] Nokia 5300 Express Music — Incorrect information & misguided by a customer service executive | |||
Dear Sir, I Uttam Kumar Munshi, a residence of Balurghat town (WB), had visited Nokia Care at our town name (LABSAN INFOTECH, BISWASPARA, NARAYANPUR MORE, BALURGHAT, DAKSHIN DINAJPUR) on[protected]approx) due a handset problem (Handset Model No. Nokia 5300). On that day after interacting with the store executive (name unknown) I deposited my handset for checking the fault after checking she told that the problem was related with flex and it will be fine if it had been replaced and will cost Rs 1500/-. Before depositing my handset for checking it was switching on and working fine only the flex was jammed but after checking my handset by their technician it was not even switching on (total handset was dead) which I observed after going home. Then again I came back to Nokia Care Balurghat on[protected] and again deposited my handset for error check, then they told me that my handet is totally dead and will cost Rs 2200/- for repairing. When I told them that my handset was working fine earlier only the flex was problemetic and even they told me the same, then they started to misbehave with me and even disagreed their previous words..
