[Resolved] Nokia 5310 — Display problem | |
Hello, I bought Nokia 5310 express music mobile from Mobile Stores, Kalyani Nagar, Pune in February 2009.with in One month of buying the mobile, display got damaged and I was not able to view anything in the mobile.Then I took it to the Nokia service centre, Golebar maidan, Pune.After having 4 visits to the showroom and vexed up with the service, my mobile display got repaired.Now after 2 months again today the display got damaged and now also same problem that i was not able to view anything, but i am getting calls and m able to do calls.Within 6 months of buying the mobile, twice the mobile got damaged. Now my mobile is in warranty and iam able to get the service from nokia for free.But if the problem still persists after the warranty expires, then I can't afford the costs for this repairing.Is this model a faulty one? Can I have my mobile replaced with another new piece?Please respond to this as son as possible. Regards, Manga Was this information helpful? | |

Nokia — display broken 5310
sir,i hav bought nokia 5310 xpress music 8 months before. last month my display has broken .i gav to nokia care (k.k nagar ) branch chennai.still thy r saying no stock on display. my job sheet number s 09015/2 ..and no proper response frm thm ..
plz service my mobile fast amd replace it back as soon as possible
my phone is stll in warranty and there is problem in its diplay ;some of pixels have formed the spots in screen .so is it repaireable

Dear sir ,
We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently
visited to nokia care centre near akshar chowk,vadodara.I am having nokia 5310 handset, from last few days some problems occured in display of above mentioned mobile.When i visited first time they told me that there is a problem with display and currently display not available you call after two or three days,when i was called them after two days same answer comes,this happened more than three times.Finally once again i visited the same branch they told me that display is available but you not kept your mobile with us so it will not replace now, come after eight days & the language they are using is worst & unprofessional like a Gangaster.I am very disappointed & visited to another Nokia care centre (Royalrhythms) near akota they given me very respectful treatment & my problem solved in a day they sort out all the problems regarding my mobile.
so people like this make your name up,but the branch like akshar chowk & the peoples in the branch make your name dirty.Now my problem is solved & please tell the some peoples to behave good with customers.

i own a nokia 5310 mobile...unfortunately i dropped it in water then took it suddenly...i then removed the battery and kept my mobile near a hot place...then i switched on my mobile, the display was not clear...after sometime the display completely went...i can hear but i couldn't see anything...the display border is frozen i think, because it is gray in color.what to do now?
i agreed to all the complaints as i have also display problem in my nokia 5310.

nokia5310 — nokia display issue
I brought Nokia 5310 phone on Feb09 and since am facing the diplay issue, disply changed for last week still same problem.THis time when it again went out of service i asked them for replacement as my phone is a brand new phone with a proper bill but Nokia Care centre flatly refused.My query is that if it is justified that if there any 1 in 100's phone is a faulty phone from the beginning itself and the same cannot be replaced with a new handset...
Where is the fault of the customer...who had put in their entire belief on the authenticity of the nokia Product...
Cant they accept their one fault...and get it replaced...
