Nokia 5310 — Warrantry & Memory Card Theft

Dear Sir

I have given Nokia Mobile Model No.5310 to Nokia Care Samuradhi Tehnologies 5th Block Koramnagala Bangalore-95, Phone No.41224127/41224229 for Panel Damage. The said Nokia care has refused to replace the panel though it is in warranty period he asking pay Rs. 1271 and the have stolen memory card of 2 GB With was in the mobile at the time of giving service.

I request you to look in the matter and written charges with the stolen memory card failing which i will large the complaint in the consumer forum.
