hi iam having nokia 5310 express music on that day i have charged my mobile and after charging it switch offed and when i on the phone it shows nokia and then nokia logo and cotact service switch off so i gave it to nokia care they told its hardware problem so please help me to recover my phone
I want 2 update my software then there is no software 2 dowload can u provide a new softwares

Nokia — Software problem with nokia 5310
Dear Sir/Ma'am,I amazed to see the way Nokia 5310 works it goes off on its own and turns on whenever it wants. The problem with this phone is with everyone using the phone i spent my 8600 Rs for nothing in this phone. The problem started in 1 week of me getting the mobile i bought nokia phone coz i had trust in nokia however after the phone performance i wud never buy a nokia phone.
It does not work at all.
