Nokia 5610 — My NOKIA IS DEAD

I brought a Nokia 5610 mobile in the month of April 2008.Since then I have been facing many problems with that mobile.Every time I face the problem, I gave my mobile to Devatha Communications, a Nokia Service care, here in kukatpally, Hyderabad.Every time I handover my mobile to service, they kept it for 15-20 days.How can you expect me to be without a mobile for 15 days and that too for multiple times?Still the problem continued.As this was not the only work I have, I beared the problem and continued to use the same mobile.Finally, I spoke to Regional Manager and got the mobile repalced on the month of September, 2008.The problem continued even with the new piece.Even then it continued to give the same old problems for which I took the mobile for servicing in Devatha communications.The same story repeated.They kept my mobile with them for almost 15 days saying that it is at the L3 service center and finally returned the piece to me.Even then same problems
continued.I am very much fedup with this service and I beared the problem and continued to use the same mobile. And now, my mobile screen suddenly turned off on the mobile that was replaced on september.When asked the same, Devatha Communications replied me saying Display screen was gone and new one costs around Rs.2100.And they asked me to call after 2 weeks to know about the availability of Display Screens. I should find out if there are any Display Screens availble at the center, if they say 'YES', then I need to give my mobile again to get a new display screen giving Rs.2, 100.They lost the mobile bill which I gave it for the first time I've submitted my mobile for servicing.When asked for a reason why the problem has been repeating from a long time, they replied me "I have told already told Madam, to sell this mobile and get a new piece".I got such an reckless answer.How can a Company with such an market share be irresponsible with the customers.I gave a complaint to nokia care about this once, and I got a reply that we will respond in 24 hours.But, I didnt get any call from the customer care.What do you expect me to do now???
My display screen on mobile was lost and I'm unable to contact others.

I have took the hand set to the service center lots of times and they asked to leave the set with them for almost 15-20 days each time I leave it there which is a high time inconvinience for me.I have also comminicated with email support as well as the phone support which is not at all helpful.
