Nokia 5610d - 1 Red — not received my handset

sir,
i purchased new N5610 set on 2 oct 2008. after using 2 month it started giving trouble then i get it cheked from nokia care jalandhar.again after 1 day it started to give same trouble, due to which i hand over the set to nokia care on 8 dec 2008, under job sheet no. '[protected]/081208/47'. after that i visited/contected several time to get my mobile set back after removing trouble/repair but person incharge ask me the set is still under repair and on 14 dec 2008, the person inchare asked me that your set sent to chandigar. i contected many of time but still i unable to get my set back even after complition of 45 days. and get reply that your hand set is in under replacement and stated that the set is under dispached but yet not received. as and when the set recieve it will hand over but not sure when it recieve. after 3 days i call the nokia care but they not attend the phone.
so please look into the matter and returnedmy handset immegiatly other wise i proceed legally.
