The PUK code is an 8-digit code from your Service Provider used to change a disabled Personal Identification Number (PIN) code. The PUK code will be requested when an incorrect PIN is entered multiple times. Please contact your Service Provider for this PUK code.

If you have already contacted your Service Provider and the PUK code provided did not work, it will be necessary to obtain a new Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) Card from your Service Provider. The PUK code is used to protect your phone from unauthorized access and if multiple attempts at entering the PUK code occur, the SIM card will become inactive for your protection.
