Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic — Handset Problem still not solve | |||
Hi, I have lost my patience dealing with Nokia for my problem. Yesterday night i again got the same problem which i had since the day i have purchased my Nokia Cell phone. I'm tired with you guys now and i don't want to repeat the same thing. Inspite of my cell being in warranty you can't replace the unit when the unit has a hardware issue right from day 1. my handset inspite being in warranty can't be replaced, when everything has been done from changing display, to changing batteries to installing latest software on my cell. What is the use of having a 16k handset when i can't use it to full potential as it has this hardware problem. I'm taking this forward and will make people think when buying a Nokia handset.
