I have a Nokia 5800 Express music bought last year. I had some problems with the display of it in the beginning of November 2010. I went to Nokia care in my city (Tirunelveli). I checked with the lady out there and found out that the mobile has warranty on it. She took it to another person named Sundaram I believe who called himself the owner of the franchisee. He informed me that the mobile is out of service warranty and he needs the bill in order to service it. I checked in my house and I couldn't find the bill. I misplaced it some where. So, I went to the shop where I bought the mobile and got a duplicate bill and was shocked to see the warranty has expired recently. I went to Nokia Care again and asked the person there to fix my mobile phone with the bill. He refused saying that he can't fix it as the warranty has expired already, I told him that I came to the service center when the warranty was there but they didn't service it even after knowing there is warranty on the mobile. The guy didn't care anything and just ignored my request. I need my phone to be fixed as I went to the Nokia care center while the mobile is under warranty! Could you plz help me on this issue.
