[Resolved] Nokia 6233 — Service Provider - Wrong Status Given | |
Dear Nokia Your service provider subbmits you wrong status of what the repair service done by them. Screen shot for the same attahced herewith as i am facing problem since last 7 days. Its has been told to me that to upgrade the software it require only 1.30 hrs time but servie provider is not ready to give me my cell since last 7 days I subbmited my mobile to your service provider on 16th sept 2009. after receipt of Job sheet No.[protected]/090916/23 i chacked status of my moblie on net on very nex day it was showing REPAIRED. but in reality it was not repaired. (screen shot of the same i attached here with) on Friday 18 th September he ask me to call on saturday evening to check the status but unfortunatly still my cell was not repaired, but you people are showing status OK. I dont know why u do so? My cell module no. is Nokia 6233. Service provider tell me he don't have required port with him he ask for the same from their HO. I diden't get that If repaire shopkeeper doesn't have screw dirver with him it's meaningless. If Mobile is having any problem or anything there should be updated status not WRONG status to satisfy HO or senior authority. Was this information helpful? | |
