Nokia 6275 CDMA — Mobile Getting Hang autodialing and Msg sending

Dear Sir,

I was bought the handset of Nokia 6275 in July'2007. Every time my mob was getting Hang, Automatic number dialing, Msg Sending. Some times getting switch off. I can't stop this process that time and can't able to unlock. My Mobile warranty period is also expired.

My Mob No is[protected]

Please give me solution and repair it.

I requested CORE's help also but companies like NOKIA are reluctant to them also and I could not get any solution.I don't know Why it happens in INDIA? Had it been the case in some other country(as shared by my overseas friends), NOKIA might had to give a written explanation with countermeasures.
They say they care but actually they SCARE of buying a product from them.

Nokia/6275i handset — harashment by nokia

Respected sir;
I bought your nokia 6275i handset with IMEI:-[protected] on 29th april 2009 from your reputed dealer M/s Ambika Enterprises, SCO 42, Sector-11, Panchkula.However I got troubled with the signal failure and hanging problem.So, I approached the dealer and was ill treated by his staff. The staff told me to approached the customer care office for the solution. Therefore,I contacted the customer care office and was dealt by Mr Hitender (Mobile No [protected]) on dated 3rd june 2009.They made a job card and agreed with me that they will get my handset replaced but they got my handset repaired and returned the repaired handset to me.However the problem was not resolved so I again contacted them and then they got my handset replaced with great harasment (new imei number [protected]).But the problem remains the same thereafter.Still the handset is not working properly.Then I thought that it might be due to some problem from the side of service provider as the problem was same with the new handset also.I called upon my service provider and told them about my problem.They helped me in a kind way,got my sim changed,got there servers rechecked but the problem remains the same. Now I am left with no other option but to ask you to refund my whole money with in a period of one week otherwise I will be left with no other option but to approach the consumer court for refund of my money because I have had enough from your side.
An advance copy of the same is being sent to The Consumer Court for information and further necessary action.

i go to the nokia care bulandshahr with my nokia 6275 cdma. They said , this nokia care is only for GSM mobile only .sir plz tell me what i do. My mobile no. is [protected].

Nokia — Faulty product, Pathetic Service

I bought a Nokia E-5 last November. Last month my phone stopped working . It just not getting switch on. I went to the Nokia service center, Two days after submitting my phone to the center executive called me and told me that my cell phone is unrepairable and i should take it back. He told me that the moisture has crept inside the instrument. Now I want to ask that my phone did not went in water then how moisture crept in. This is purely a manufacturing defect and my cell should be replaced . In case if it is not then I might have to opt for a legal way.
