Dear Sir,
This is with reference to my Nokia handset 6300 purchased from Priya Cellular Hut, Sector-14, Gurgaon on 09.04.08. First time, I had given the handset for the problem of boot failure, restarts/reboot automatically at M/s Sheetla WLL Services on 04.02.09, since then, the problem could not be rectified by the NOKIA service centre. 6 Months have already passed and still the handset is pending for rectification of the defect at M/s Sheetla WLL Services.
During this 6 months period, I submitted the handset 4~5 times for the same REPEATED problem. Details of the jobs sheets are given below:

Inspite of the above, I had also given the handset for repair at your Nokia care centre in Dwarka, Nokia Service centre on 23-06-09. They charged Rs.350/- for software updation but after 15 days, the same problem reoccurs. I have lost all my confidence and faith with NOKIA product & services.
I had also sent written communication to Nokia Head Office in Gurgaon by fax / letter through courier addressed to MD & Director (Customer Care) office on 19.06.09 & 27.05.09 & various communications on telephone to NOKIA customer care office in Gurgaon office as well as Delhi Office no.30303838 regarding defective handset 6300.
I am totally dissatisfied with this handset due to above major problems and I think it is manufacturing defect and I want replacement of this defective handset with a new handset only or refund the amount.
I would appreciate if this defective handset is replaced with a new one immediately.
Looking forward to a positive reply and solution to my problem.
