Name : Salim (Neptune) Nokia Care : A-78, Sector - 2, Noida - 201301 Dear Sir, I just want to bring it in to your kind notice that this instrument has been repaired by yourself at given address around one month ago, I have faced the same problem a after 3-4 days usage only & i have submitted the same to your Sector - 2, Nokia Care Centre. Nokia itself is a brand name in Mobile Industry & we all trust Nokia brand only because of the Quality of the instrument & the services provided by Nokia. Repeating of the problem in a very short span of 3-4 days doesn't give a good impression on the Customer & in this scenario you will be loosing your customer as than there will be no difference between Nokia & others. Sir, I am not sure about the manufacturing quality of this particular instrument so i request you to please replace the instrument on immediate basis. I am looking forward for your prompt action. Well, I have a bought this model Nokia 6300, and now I'm facing quite a ridiculous problem. Every time I got to check the mine Mobile either it has network coverage or not.. as the mobile completely loses it's signal and doesn't searches automatically. I have been to the sales centre from where i have purchased they blame on the service providers.. but i guess non of other users are facing scuh problems. now i lose trust n faith in NOkIA sets and it service whre should i report it I don't know. it's been only a short time i have purchased and the retailer isn't ready to accept it as a failure product ... Do u have any solutions ??????????????
