Nokia 6303c — Irresponsible Service | |
I had taken my Nokia Phone 6303C which had stopped working within 10 days of purchase of the Phone on JAN 2, 2010 to NOKIA CARE RT NAGAR. First of all I was surprised when I was showed the phone, that there was water entry in the phone, even though I was sure that it had not happened from my end. Anyway I had to accept it, since I did not have any proof, and asked them to repair the same. Well after 2 days I was called and told that it will cost me Rs. 2500/- for the repair for changing the circuit board. Around the 30th of month I got a call from the NOKIA CARE saying that the Phone was ready, and I could come and pick it up. SInce I was out of town, I could not go down. Thus on 12th FEB I came early from Office to make sure that I collect the phone. Surprisingly after waiting for 15 mins at the NCC, I was told the phone was not repaired and it will cost Rs. 2500/- for changing the circuit board. Well I did not know what to do, laugh or cry. For 45 days the phone was lying with them and after calling me up atleast 4 times, to tell me that the phone was ready, I come and find that no work has been done on the phone. I was very upset, and Mr. Gowda ( Store Manager) said that he would get back to me the next day. I rcved a call from Mr. Ramesh after I left the NCC telling me that he would get back to me on MONDAY. Well today is Friday, and I have not rcved any call, mail from the NCC. Isnt it a case o[censored]tmost unproffesional handling of customers. I cannot expect a company like NOKIA to be so irresponsible on handling a customer. Was this information helpful? | |
