COMPLAINT ON NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTRE
I am Sasindran, I purchased the Nokia handset7210 Graphite (Supernova) on 12/02/2009 and the IMEI No: [protected]. On 14/2/09 my handset suddenly switched off, I thought it is due to low battery, but when I was charged it is not working then. I had purchased it from Nokia Priority Dealer, A.R. Communication Systems, Main road, Payyanur, Kannur, Kerala, India, 670309. When I approached the dealer they replied the warranty period is over just before two days. I was just agreed and ask for their service, they suggested to replace the display, I had changed the display (cost – Rs.940/-). But the set is still not working, so I just approached a mobile repairing shop, they suggested to replace the battery, I follow their suggestion, but the same result, it is not working. In this scenario what will I have to do? In my knowledge and belief Nokia is the only one mobile company with more customer satisfaction. Here in my case it is the worst happen, only one year I could have to use the mobile. So I am expecting a positive suggestion or solution to get my mobile working from your good end.
