Whenever I try to open it, it always say "Not Enough Memory", but the phone memory of my 7210sn have a lot of space, same for my memory card. wat will i do plzz help me...

in nokia 7210 while playing songs it displays not enough memory

In My nokia 7210 supernova mobile when i open radio it says not enough memory. also equaliser is not working pls help me what to do

today i was deleting text messages, my 7210 supernova restarted and since then its phone memory is totally erased and its also giving me not enough memory error when i play any clip or song... plzz help me solve this problem

sir when i will play music player of nokia 7210 then it is giving error that operation failed.but when i click on perticular track then error comes but song play and music player will be invisible.please give me solution
