Nokia care staff is third grade people. they are not not profesional but look like a daffar. I am from pakistan. i submit my mobile for software installation. now after 5days they are saying wait for next three to four days. when i told her mam u told me that ur mobile will be ok after three working days now u r saying wait. she says mr this is not shop this is office and her behave was too rude. she has no manners how to talk with customer and look like third class people. i advise nokia care i[censored] do not fullfil ur customers complaint and have no traind staff than close ur office because each mobile which is nokia care warranty is not working well after two or three month it will be start hang or any other software prob. so upgrade ur qaulity of mobile and staff.

i have submitted my nokia mobile model no. N81 to the nokia care dated 18th july 2009 as it was registering some kind of hardware problem my handset was deposited at the nokia care office saying that it was to be send to noida for repair .i collected my handset from nokia care dated 5th september 2009 on the confirmation of the officials that the mobile is being repaired but since then the mobile is registering the same problem.inspite of several reminders and several complaints made to nokia care no stringent action has been taken seeking the wellbeing of my handset.i feel sorry to mention that the services provided at the nokia care office are unsatisfactory.i will be highly grateful to the concerned officials if prompt action is taken in this regard.
