Re:- Replacement of body cover of Nokia 7310, EMEI No-[protected].
Sir,
I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I had purchased the above-noted set in January 18-2009, which keypad plating is being automatically remove .Regarding this problem I have already gone to two different Nokia Care Centers but I did not get any replacement of this cover, while the warranty of this body cover is 6 month and still this phone cover is under warranty. The warranty of this cover is clearly mentioned in USER GUIDE of 7310 SUPERNOVA in page no 65 and column B, if require I can provide the scanned image of this page. Sir in July 18 the warranty of this cover will complete, and I want to replace this under warranty period.

Dear Sir,
With due respect it is stated that i have purchased a Mobile Phone of Nokia 7310 Blue Pink From a reputed retail outlet of RPG Cellucom India Pvt Ltd. Address 6 Chittaranjan Avenue Kolkata-700072 Under Vat No:[protected] And CST NO: [protected] On dates.14/10/2008. The Bill Amount is Rs. 7490/- and the Invoice No:1738. I suffering problems in mobile from the date of purchased. Now at presently key pad No. specially(7, 8, 9) is not more working and it is useless so i am not getting the facilities for making any call from my mobile. i am working in a reputed firm and all of my office colleagues having the users of Nokia mobile handset. I have registered a complain in our nearest Nokia care center on dated:09/01/09 with a service job sheet no:[protected] dt:09/01/09 and they suggesting me to handover my mobile for 30 days for having some problems in my hand set which can`t repair at Kolkata. My Mobile IMEI No: [protected].
So this is kindly request to you that please replace me a new handset because the Nokia is the best customer care satisfaction from all other mobile companies. So please do the needful as early as possible to get back to get back me the new handset and enjoy the calling from my mobile.
your earlier action in this regards will be highly appreciable.
