I had applied for my battery replacement at NOKIA.COM in the form of E_mail on August 2007. My battrey no. is:[protected]N[protected] After few months I also queried about this to Nokia Customer Care Centre, they told me that they despatched my battery, and I will get it soon. But till today I have not received any battery from them. So I request you to kindly take necessary action for my battery replacement. My Address is: Sushila Devi Qr. i had entered my nokia 2255's battery no in the nokia website a long time ago(august,2007) and found it to be faulty.the service centre also told me that my battery was faulty but said that since i had applied online i would have to wait till nokia delivered it to my address and they could not provide me a battery...even today i haven't got it replaced..NOKIA is set to lose everyone's faith...

MY BL-5C nokia, battery is using which is not working properly while charging within 5min it is get heated up, so i keep this battery since some months, Kindly replace the battery which is usafe for me at this moment,
