[Resolved]  Nokia Bl - 5c Rechargeable Battery — the battery swollen from the center

hi,
i have previously too complained for my BL-5C battery then i got replaced this battery but now its got swollen up from the middle and much much low charging backup time.

This is BL-5C battery and the no. of this battery is
06704004175350113120565526

please, look into the matter as fast as possible because i thnk the battery is not safe to use.
