Nokia — Issue with Nokia and Hotspot (Dealer)

Hi,

I bought a Nokia 7610 Supernova mobile phone from Hotspot, sec-8, Rohini, Delhi on 1st march 2009 and it was faulty since day 1 (Fault is :: the loudspeaker of the phone doesn't work properly while playing radio). As i am a working professional i could not go to that shop on the same day itself to lodge the complaint so i went on next weekend that is 8th March which is within 7days of purchase and they are not ready to replace the handset. And moreover they want to open and repair the phone but in that case this phone will create more issues in future once the phone is repaired in the beginning itself. They also refused to provide any alternative handset while the handset will be under repair process due to which i'll be facing many loss personally and professionally. I also called Nokia self care but the executives over there, were disconnecting the line again again. This new phone has caused a lot of harressment mentally. Looking forward for your help.
