SIR I BAUGHT NOKIA N79 FROM NOKIA PRIORITY IN KOLKATA BUT DUE TO MY MISTAKE THE SAME GOT DAMAGED BY WATER. I GAVE IT REPAIRING ON 17TH MARCH 2009 IN NOKIA CARE BUT TILL DATE THE HANDFONE IS NOT REPAIRED INSPITE I AM READY TO PAY ANY CHARGES TO THEM, BUT THEY SAY THEY DONT HAVE THE COMPONENT SUPPLY FROM THE COMPANY BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND THAT THE COMPANY IS STILL MANUFACTURING THE PRODUCT AND EVEN AFTER 45 DAYS OF WAITING THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SUPPLY THE HANDFONE'S COMPONENTS AND MORE OVER THE DEALER ALSO GIVES NO RESPONSE NOKIA SERVICE IS JUST MISERABLE PLEASE HELP REF : - JOB SHEET NO.[protected]/090317/79 DATED 17.03.2009 Was this information helpful? | |

multimedia Button (The Silver One on the left) came out. I did not even use that once.
I don't need that button but without that button my mobile looks horrible.
I went to two Nokia Care in mumbai. One in Goregaon (West) and other one in
Malad (East) . They said that the whole keypad is need to be changed. I said OK. They said manufacturer has not given the keypad for that mobile. I have Petrol Black N79 and they have keypad available for other colours of N79.
Why the Nokia People manufacturer the N79 if the are not in mood to produce their spare parts? The should stop manufacturing the mobile.
