Nokia — E63 defective set given and not even replacing it.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I bought a Nokia E63. Just after 2 days of purchasing I noticed a Screen Flickering Problem while browsing through Images and in Media Player.I sent took my Phone to Nokia Care center and they could not solve my problem and told me that they will send it to Nokia Level 3. I Requested to Replace my phone and they told that only If Nokia Level 3 could not solve my problem then they will give me new phone.I agreed and sent it to Level 3.Today, after 10 days I got a call from Nokia Care center that my phone is repaired and inform me to collect it.I went to Nokia care and I collect my phone and inspect it. I was stunt by looking that even Nokia Level 3 could not solve my problem and they say that they have solved it. I showed the problem to Center Manager and she told they will again need to send it to Level 3.So now i am saying that instead of wasting my time Nokia should replace my phone.I am not free to play this game passing my phone to Care center then they will pass it to Level 3, Level 3 will return it without solving problem and then again I have to pass it to care center then again they have pass it to Level 3. Have I purchased this phone to play this passing game? I kept my this phone just for 2 days with me after purchasing and rest of all days it was with Nokia Level 3.And now it is already proved that even Level 3 is not able to solve my problem.So its by law you are bound that now you should replace my phone without wasting time. Second thing is that on 24th April I am going abroad for 2 years. So I want my phone repaired before that or new replaced phone before that.Or else return my full money along with interest and compensation because I already wasted my 30 days. I want Nokia care center to bring this issue in notice of HIGHER
AUTHORITY. and to contact me in 48 hours.I have mailed many times to service center.If now after wasting so much time i don't get justice I will be forced to lodge a legal case in Consumer forum and Legal Court.I am really tired of all this issue.Hope to get contact with Higher Authority in 48 hours.

On 10th August I bought a nokia set from your show room situated at 366, Saheed nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa.

At first chance when they opened a packet the cell phone did not worked so they gave another set. But in the second set the battery has a loose contact so while talking the line got disconnected and I need to switch it on once again. I went to the shop on the next day. When I went there I was provided with another battery. The battery is belonging to the first packet which was not working on the day I went to purchase the cell. I was told that the battery is good only the display was not working for the first packet cell. I charged the battery for quite some time and it showed that the battery is full. Today while talking over phone the cell got switched off and when I want to charge it is not showing any display. That means the battery is defective.

Now my concern is your people were aware that this is a defective set still they want to push it to someone.
In the second occasion they were aware that the battery is defective and again they want to push it.

I am using nokia since last 11 years and this is the first time I am facing a lot of problem from your product and individual.
It is easy to loose a customer but difficult to get.
And statistics says "a dissatisfied customer will tell to another 22 customer about the product.”

So my sincear request to get me a good set at earliest.
