Nokia — customer care harassment

i purchased a N76 from nokia priority shop. i have all the bills.IT started to hang. Icontacted N PRI SHOP
WHO CONVENIENTLY SENT ME TO CUSTOMER CARE CENTER.

(WELL SO FAR ITS OK AS PER THE PREVAILING CONDITIONS IN INDIA WHERE SHOPKEEPERS ARE JUST UPSTARTS AND DONT CULTIVATE CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE SELLING NOKIA.)
Customer care centre manager.his staff and in short everyone was
RUDE
DOWNRIGT ABUSIVE when Isaid they should give in wtiting their reply as given BELOW
UNHELPFUL Telling me that N76 is WITHDRAWN and now software cannot be reinstalled.
Its really harrowing and that too when I am a loyal customer of NOKIA since MOB. started in India
WILL ANYONE FROM NOKIA WILL LISTEN AND TAKE CARE.THE C/CARE AND N.PRIO.SHOP are both in sanjay place Agra.
if suitable action is taken it will savwe me the trouble of approaching a consumer protection group or COURT

NOKIA N95 — Customer Harrasment

I have Nokia N95 which was under warranty . I was facing problems like calldrop, blank display & slow processing etc.
On 21 July 2008 i went to nokia care centre named as Electra Care Address ( Quiet Office No. 07, Opp Khukrain Bhawan sector 35A, Chandigarh ).
They told me that they will send my set to delhi as it was under warranty main board of this set will be replaced and this whole process will take around 20-25 days
and gave me Job Sheet No[protected]/080721/79.After 30Days i confirmed about my set but they told me that i have to wait for 10-15 days more.
On 2nd September 2008 i got a new replaced Phone Nokia N95 whose colour was different from my previous phone.When i checked my cell it was 26 hours used cell and there was a problem in the
phone whenever i connect nokia headset only right side of the headset was working.On 3rd September i again went to same Electra care and they again send my phone for Replacement/Repair
and gave me time period of 20days with new job sheet no.[protected]/080903/50. Today 26th Sept 2008 i have no idea when my set will be returned as i totally Harassed.Please do something.
I also have following Queries please ans them on my mail:-

1.Does Nokia gave replaced Phones with new box?????????
2.Does replaced Phones given by Nokia will be new phones or used ones like i got??
3.Does Nokia have any Criteria of giving same coloured set to the customer which they have given to nokia???????
4.What if a Replaced phone start giving problems after 5-10 days???
5.In how much time span a set which is replaced will be delivered to the customer when again given for replacement???
