Nokia — poor service of nokia care

Nokia care services in bettiah are not satisfactory. They are niether giving clear detail of problem of phone nor the bill. They are also increasing the amount on recieving the product. Also the recipt is not being given.

sir, i am a boy of balasore district in orissa, now i am studing MBA in bput university. From the begining i am customer of nokia since last 5 year because i believe nokia is the best but when i and my friends went to our nearest nokia care center we are frusteted with the service they are providing. I want want to tellyou one thing that if this situation goes on after 2years in our city the sell of nokia handset will go down by 50%.I request you to look into the matter and and take some preventive actions.
i am a student of mca in ghaziabad & regular consumer from last 5 years of nokia.but from last one month my mobile phone not repaired & not returned by shree jee enterprise ghaziabad so i am facing very much problem by nokia care.& i think by these problems nokia reduce his selling in future.

Student — poor services by nokia care

sir i gave my mobile for the format and rest of the function of mobile was right, and i got it after one day after sometime i found that my outging sound doesnt reach on other no. hence i went again then they told me to sumiite my moible then i went there fov 3 times after 3-4 days told me that there were some defect occur while formating and will take nearly one month to repairment hence tell me i[censored]r nokia care cant do formatting which i dont thing is not hard and instead of reapir i got more defect in my mobile so i thing there is no need of such nokia care.hope u will take action othrerwise i am going to file case on that care
i had bought a nokia n82 in august 2008
only 5 months later there was a problem with its speakers n when i submitted it for repair it took one month for the speakers to be replaced
now in january 2009 there is again a problem with its vibrator and it has already been 10 days that i have submitted my handset for repair but i havent received my handset as yet.
the reason they give is that spare parts are not availible.but according to me n-82 is a recently launched phone and there should be no problem with the availibility of spares.

i request you to please look into this matter urgently

i would be highly obliged if you could help me replace my handset
I have a Nokia2760 Model (ESN/IMEI No. [protected], Product Code : 0550243), I was found hang problem from last five month. After getting this problem I have consult with nearest customer service point at MEERUT Nokia Care. They have suggested to me, hand over the set to them for necessary repair. After one DAY they have return back the set but I have found again same problem. This type of repated action I have faced 5 times from Last five months. This is not acceptable. They have not able to rectify the problem.
Therefore I shall be most gratefull If you could kindly look into this matter and take a necessary action for the above and I give below my last job sheet no. for your information & favourable action my job sheet number is[protected]/090313/88. Date 13.3.2009
