Nokia — Hands free replacement not done after month | |
I had purchased Nokia Hands free BH-103 on 25-Apr-09. product was purchased with 6 months warranty and within months time on 21-May-09 Battary of the product stopped working on 22-May I had given the same to Foneworl a Nokia care provider at Borivali. In turn I was given a Service job Sheet bearing no.[protected]/090522/1 which indicates Target Delivery Date as 22-May-09. However till today 17-Jun I have not received the replacement while complained on Nokia care line I was promised the resolution within 48hrs and of followup I was told that I have to wait for another 7days to get the replacement.. The person on Nokia care line are not at all supportive and so are persones seating at Nokia care centre Was this information helpful? | |

I agree, I too had bought a NOKIA BH - 101 handsfree bluetooth in Dec 2008 with a 6 months warrenty. In March the battrey gave up. It never used to recharge. Looks like Nokia products are losing it's prestige & product efficiency. This is happening with a few friends of mine aswell. especially for Bluetooth & handsfree products.
I went to a Nokia cutomercare center in Borivali, they promised to replace the BH-101 within 15 days. Guess what it too almost a months to get it back to me. I called up on the 20th day to follow up as I never received a call as they said I would. They said my replacement headset has arrived & I should collect it. Guess what again when I went there, they said there was a miscommunication & my product has not arrived & asked me to follow up after 7 days.
Finally, I received my replacement after a months.

I have the same headset and after couple of months, all of a sudden, same problem. Battery went dead!

Nokia BH101 — Bluetooth not powering on
This particular model from Nokia has a 6 month warranty and if you take it to a service centre they will at least take a month or even more. Pathetic service from Nokia. Horrible product
