This is Pardeep Dhiman from Pehowa Distt. Kurukshetra (Haryana). I was purchased a Nokia 6630 mobile phone from a retailer of my native place in August 2006 in starting its works fine but after two months in October 2006 while i was cheking my mail on my phone, my phone become dead and i contact my retailer then he send my phone to the Auth. Distributor PALCO INTERNATIONAL (Ambala Cantt.) throuh Dirtributors sales person. After 15 days Distributors employee told me that my phone was sent to Ludhiana and it will take around 2-3 months to resolve, i dont want to lost my money so i will be aggree for that, but after two & half month i recived my phone back but its was in the same condition and its power switch and screws was not with the phone, then i contact Mr. Vikas (Saler Manager of Nokia), he told me to send my phone to him he will solve my problem by sending my mobile to another service center, then i was sent my phone to him. After one month he told me that he sent my phone to Delhi and it will come from Delhi after some time but he cant tell me the time. After 3 months when i called Mr. Vikas about my phone then he told me that he cant do anything and my phone cant be repaired or replaced. Now it is around one year im trying to get my phone and from that day im calling Mr. Vikas and the Distributors sales man to return my phone but they are not giving any answer to me when i will get my phone back. im sending my complaint to you cause i have mentaly harrased and i think you will solve my problem and help me to get out from mental tention and help me to get my phone or my money back.
