[Resolved]  Nokia — Nokia phone Service problem

I got rid off my phone problems.I have visited to the authorized service center of nokia but there is not proper responce from nokia care team.Nokia technical assistant asked me to pay for software problem even my phone's warranty was not expired.I was ready to pay but they were not guaranteed that they will resolve my problem.Without any physical problem he dissembled my phone saying that he has to check whether there is physical damage or not.After removing every part he started saying the there is liquid leak hence your warrnty will be terminated.i can't understand every phone should have some mark of sweatning.After reassembling my phone my camera is not working. i was having only software problem.

Nokia India — handset problem

Last year i purchased NOKIA E51.As i really like nokia phones this phone came out to be blunder for me.After 2 months i got some problem in the phone and i went to nokia care i was not satisfied..after every 2 months i got some new problem in my phone and everytime nokia care people created some kind of mess. Finally i had given my phone to the service center(nokia care- kohat enclave) and they told me that the phone will be sent to the company . Job sheet no[protected]/100105/72 IMEI No.- [protected] I want you to seriously look into this matter and hope for a positive response from ur side.i think my nokia E51 should be get replaced by the company after getting all the details of the phone as i know if i get the same phone back after getting repaired i know some or the other problem vl surely get developed sooner or later. most of the nokia cares are giving bad name to the company as they are working against the company policies and i am not satisfied with the services they provide. most of the nokia centre in delhi are only making money ,they are not making good customers
Purchased Nokia 7210 but the battery backup is too low it sustains for only 2-3 hrs. which I think is very poor performance by the brand of Nokia.

Pl. respond the same so I can take the vendor for the reply
Menu, call pick and digit 1, stopped working, I suppose. Then sometimes the handset starts working erratically. If I am right, then its a common problem with Nokia E series phones. This is what happened with my E 51, and this is what happened with my friend's E 71.
