Nokia C5 — Handset not corrected still under warranty period | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased Nokia C5 hand set three months before..After using it for 2 months my charging port was not working.. I showed my set to Nokia service station & they told that it can be solved. After 2 hours i got a call that ur handst is physically damaged & USB is not working. During the submission time my USB port was working fine. Blunder service... Worst customer treatment...I have not damaged my handset physically...I think they have done some thing while doing service...They have also charged me 200 rupees.. My mobile is under still warranty.... Was this information helpful? | |||
