Nokia C6 - 00 — Still Charging Replacement Charges... solution ?

Dear sir,
I received a call from your side today and they told me to visit again Nokia center so he can talk with Nokia Center (Girish Park Branch ) head.
Finally, after long conversation with Nokia Center head with me, they told me to pay Rs 2302/- instead of Rs 2800/-. When I ask them why should I pay when its not my fault they reply that sometime product may get damage by just using it. Now please tell me whether you called a damage or faulty products/parts sold by Nokia India.I am really disappointed by branch head answer now you tell me what should I do ?

I hope this time I might get my query answer.
