As I have deposited my mobile to nokia customer care in Ranchi(Jharkhand)i.e

C.G Tower,
Beside Plaza Petrol Pump,
H.B Road,

More than 5 times, I went there but not got the satisfactorily response.Few days back they told me that your handset would be given to you on 7th august, as they talk to any manoj(your marketing representative)of jharkhand.Even then I had not received my handset.I think they are having fraud with me.

so look into the matter otherwise i'll have to take the help of consumer forum.

Dear sir my name is vikash kumar .i live at muzaffarpur.i have nokia n 72 .i did purched this mobile 2oo8.there is a simple problem in this this handset.so i havegiven this mobile to patna nokia care before sixteen days .but there is no response given by nokia care at a time.then tell me what should i do.my job sheet no.2oo6, mb-[protected]

More than 3 times, I went there but not got the satisfactorily response.Few days back they told me that your handset would be given to you on 29th september.Now they told me that your handset would be given to you on 10th october. I wsa call at[protected] and they gave me a complain no.(1-[protected]). but i am not satisfy. I want to know that what happend with my set, and when will they give me my handset.

my jobsheet numberr is 61754886/090831/43 and i have sumbited my mobile on 31 aug at ganpati mobile center patna and till now i havent got my mobile repaired and now they are say tat the mobile has gone to the company ans now it wont be repaired bcz it has been dropped in liquid my handseet model number is 7210 supenova. please help me so tat i couls got my mobile back repaired it is in warranty period.

Just wanted to ask that, what does CLOSED-SENT TO L3 means.

"CLOSED-SENT TO L3" means ur handset has been closed or packed & sent to nokia company(head branch) to decide on its repair or replace depending on its warranty status...

guys who are not getting their mobiles after target delivery date can fight for it with ASC center where mobile was given or call/email to nokia care...

delivery date and they are telling u will get your handst tomorow n day after tomorow but
tey are not paying attention so kindly pay attention its urgent

I have given my handset Nokia E 75, 3rd time for the same complaint the job sheet no.[protected]/101116/37 dated16/Nov/2010 from Nokia care center-Prudent telecom services, Thane, Maharashtra.My handset IMEI no. [protected], till date I hav't received my handset back for which I request to issue me a new handset. There is no information available about the status of my job sheet on concerned site. I am really worried about my handset.

This is me gaytri rai from gurgoan sec-17 i buyied my phone just before 1 month back nokia lumia 520 i didnt even used for 15 days coz i was not able to find my sim network on the phone i asked the dealer to check my problem they adviced me to take my phone to nokia care so i did now its more than 10 days my phone in nokia hospital no calls no mail instaed they r saying me that i ve liquar on my phone anyway i m very upset eith the service ...

what do you mean by "Job Status : Waiting for part?"
