[Resolved]  Nokia Care — MISBEHAVIOUR AND WRONG COMMITMENT BY NOKIA CARE,SRI GANGANAGAR

Sir.
This is ashok bhatia from sriganganagar, today I sent my employee to nokia care of sriganganagar to get my mobile repaired with the message to get it repaired only in that case if the saved data is safe even after repairing and the same was being communicated by him to the girl sitting over there and she gave the assurance of the same, but when i got my mobile back all my saved data was missing, it was as fresh as the new mobile set .Then i went back to that nokia center and asked about the assurance, but the person incharge Mr. Ashutosh misbehaved with me and have not listed to the problem .I request you to take an immediate action against them.

Dear Sir,
We feel very sorry for that but it was not our mistake because Mr. Bhatia has sent his phone with a third person and our CCO already communicated to him that please take backup of your handset otherwise user data will be washed away but that person was not taken any interest in it ( NOKIA CARE is not authorized to take backup of Customer phones phone before repair and it is not possible on our PC because of Technical Software which will not work after installing User Software Like Nokia PC Suite) and said that no problem you just refresh this set my boss having backup o[censored]ser data, After that CCO said that sir please wait we are giving this set within 30 minutes but that person said that he will collect it after two hours.
Customer was lost his important user data and he come to our office, misbehaved with our staff but we are not in mistake it was happened due to that third person who was not taken any interest in that set.
So we requesting please for future not depend on that person who not understand his responsibility and not give importance to your work.
