Subject:- NON-REPLACEMENT/ REPAIREMENT OF LCD SCREEN EVEN IN WARRANTY PERIOD
Sir,
with respect to the subject matter, i would like to inform you that,I got repaied my NOKIA 5300 LCD screen from NOKIA CARE sevice centre ,they replaced my LCD screen with new one charging 1300/-and provided me warranty of 6 months on the cash receipt ( Cash Receipt attached), but after 45 days(1.5 months) there is line coming on screen when i approch to NOKIA CARE they said it again need to be replaced again with same charge,but on bill given previously it was written that there is 6 month warranty on LCD and still 3 months are left.
when i asked them why they are charging again even it was not mis-handled but completly due to technical fault and it is under warranty period , what they have given in written. They said they have changed there policy and now provide only 15 days warranty and wasted my time by another 1month.
So kindly take adequete action in above matter.

Don't trust Nokia products and services. I bought a new sealed pack Nokia 5800 ExpressMusic. From the first day itself it's having display problems. I had given it to the Nokia care for repairing. At first they told it will take 1 hour to repair. After repairing they had delivered it to me, but the problem was not resolved. After that they say excuses and ask to come and collect after 2-3 days. I was calling the Nokia care for more than 10 times. Every time they say the display panel will come on next day. So I decide to buy back it. They had given my mobile back after signing that I had received the mobile after repairing. When I complained to the Nokia customer care about this, they are saying they cannot take any compaint regarding this as the mobile is with me. I am writing this to make people aware about the Nokia fraud so that no one should get in to the Nokia trap.
