Subject: Replacement of Dead charger (Model AC-2N, IMEI No. 0675583)
Dear Sir,
I have purchased above noted charger with Nokia-1600 hanset on 28 Sept 2007. After using two months chrger becomes dead. I have deposited the dead charger, Nokia Care Centre, Narain Auto mobiles, Allahbad on 4th December 2007. After Passing more than one months, care centre did not replace the item. I have made them several calls and also personally enquired about the replacement during this period.
Yesterday I have again gone to the centre. The dealing assistant at the centre was given me charger without any receiving and told me to deposit the Customer Job Sheet. I was produced original Job Sheet. However, I have objection on submitting the Original Job Sheet without any receiving paper. So he was not replace the charger.
I therefore request you to instruct the concerned centre to replace the items with proper paper formality. This will be proof for customer regarding your service. As well the items was not used by me for more than one month, then the warranty of the items should extended for this period. Was this information helpful? |
