I purchased Lumia 920 with EMI-[protected] on 25th March, within 5 months its display has stopped working . First its screen started fluctuating and when I restarted it, it started working alright but within minute the whole screen went black with yellow and green perpendicular lines on it.when I went to Nokia Care, karolbag New Delhi they said it is damaged and will cost Rs. 11800 but as per my knowledge I never dropped it down. I asked them to send it to the company but they refused.Earlier I was using Galaxy S2 and no such problem occurred. If this is how your premium product perform then I will request you to atleast provide good product at such high cost. Nokia should understand its no longer a Nseries market neither its about creating buzz what matter is your service. Products have its replacement but service do not have. If I have to spend money on a mobile I will never do on a brand which donot last for even 6 month .

Nokia — Poor service!

Dear team,
Hi, my self Mr kamod karmarkar.i m using nokia N72 handset.i m facing problem with my handset key pad .i given my handset to nokia service centrefor reparing.but they are giving me the reason that handset is soild due to water entering the cell but think is that my mobile is not been dropped in water.so how can it be the same.but handeset is in warrenty.it's purchase on Nov 2006.& warrenty expire on next month (Dec 2007).so kindly get the handeset replaced or else see to it that the same is been repaired immediately.kindly reply at the earliest.

Nokia — POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE

I HAVE PURCHASED NEW N-73 MOBILE FROM KOTA-RAJASTHAN. THIS SET HAS GONE THREE TIMES FOR REPAIR TO JAIPUR WITH REGARDS TO PROBLEM IN BACK CAMERA,BATTERY AND VOLUME SWITCH AND EACH TIME IT HAS TAKEN 15 DAYS FOR REPAIR. THE SET WAS PURCHASED ON 18/06/2007.

APART FROM POOR QUALITY OF SET ,SERVICE PROVODED BY NOKIA CARE CENTRE,KOTA IS VERY POOR AND THEIR RESPONSE TO CUSTOMERS IS BAD.

NOKIA N95 — POOR SERVICE

Dear Sir,

With reference to above i would like to share that I purchased the premier model from NOKIA- Hot spots ,Indra Nagar ,Lucknow this model on 27/10/2007 and after 3-4 month i started experiencing the problem of battery getting discharged automatically and the handset was getting heated very high. Some times it was difficult to hold it on the hand itself. This wass not during teh telephonic disucssion. It used to happen any time and number of times in a day. I went to service center- NOKIA CARE and iw as told there is some short circuit in side the handest and will be repaired. The hanset was taken and given after 3 days and found that still after 7 days time i experined sim ilar problem.

After 10 days again i saw that handset display goes off after sliding it or by presssing any key on the handset. Again i approached today and the NOKIA care has taken the handset and asked me to wait for 15-20 days time without any standby too as it has to go to Delhi.

This is not at all acceptable that after purchasing the N95 series of phone and by spending more than 25000/- the customer has to run from pillar to post to get his aissue addressed and then he he gets only assurance. This is creating a dent on the image of gaint company like nOKIA. In this scenario I request the NOKIA Management and senior members to understand the pain and take a step forward in getting me the hanset replacment ASAP.

Nokia Phone — Poor Quality of Product of Nokia Company & Nokia Care

I have purchased Nokia Mobile model 1650 during 1st week of January 2008 in Delhi from the Pririty Dealer in Pandav Nagar Area of East Delhi..Its recharge was giving problem rigt from day one and when I contacted priority dealer from whom the purchase was made.He refered me to the the Nokia Care Centre located in Pandav Nagar Opposite to Priority dealer.Nokia Care Centre was horrible and the staff on duty was rude enogh.Nokia Centre staff said they are not having spare to repair the set.I am surprised to see the rude behaviour of Customaer Care Centre of a reputed company like Nokia.

NOKIA, MOBILE PHONE — QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND SERVICE

I bought mobile set NOKIA 6270 IMEI No.[protected], from NOKIA PRIORITY STORE M/s CAPRICON COMPUTER Pvt Ltd, P-272 Maniktala Main Road, Kolkata 700054, INVOICE No 11537 Dt 31.12.05. That set was replaced due to defect, by NOKIA CARE M/s BRIGHTPOINT, City Center, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700091 by the present set, JOB No. G081372 Dated 24.02.06. This set IMEI No [protected] went out of order and repaired from NOKIA CARE, BRIGHTPOINT JOB No. KOL0142865, Invoice I0010894 Dated 10.08.07, on payment, as warranty had expired. The set went out of order again. I deposited my phone to Nokia Care Centre, Crazy Infovision, Kolkata 48, Job No[protected]/071121/7, Nov 21, as per email advice of Mr. Prashanth MM, 19 Nov. There was poor response to my emails. Finally I paid Rs 1200 service charge and collected the Phone. Again the Phone is out of service since Feb end. I met Nokia official at Kolkata on April 28 th, handed over scanned copies of all documents. I was not contacted. Finally I had to post my complaint in Nokia web site. Again the phone is surrendered to Nokia Service since 16.05.08

Nokia — Services by NOKIA

I had purchased one Nokia N81-3 2GB mobile set, IMEI no. [protected], from a renowned Nokia Priority dealer shop 'Limton (P) Ltd.' at Kolkata on 25/02/2008. While purchasing the set, they only provide me the cash-memo. However, later after asking them they provide me the computerised invoice, but that also doesn't bear any bill no. How can a NOKIA Priority dealer sell a set without any Invoice?

However, I was very much satisfied using the set at the beginning. But after nearly two months, at the end of April, suddenly it started to show some problem. The battery which was used to give a backup of nearly 3 days started to give merely 1 day & the left selection key started to behave abnormally. I visited the NokiaCare service centre at Kolkata on 13th May, 'A M mobile telecom Pvt. Ltd.', and taken two job service sheets for the two problem. That was my first visit to Nokiacare centre, after which I became a regular customer of the centre.

The target delivery date for two job sheets was within 10 days, but as the set was sent to the 'Service Head-office', may be in Mumbai, it took some time. After nearly twenty days I was informed that all the problems with my set have been rectified from 'head-office' and I can collect the same. Also the battery had been swaped with a new one.

But after collecting the same I noticed that the changed battery was wrong. N-81 set require BP-6MT battery, but from head office at Mumbai it was swaped with a BP-6M battery, that also after taking a time for matching = 20 days.

I had sent an e-mail to the Nokia service centre to which I was connected to get a BP-6MT ready for me so that I can collect it on my visit to the shop after 4 days. But, it is disappointing that no actions were taken upon receiving the mail, maybe the centre don't check mails regularly. However when I visited the centre the fault was taken into account & I got BP-6MT battery that suit my set within a week.

Now I was able to check whether the key problem was solved or not. And I found that it was not at all solved. I am not able to understand the level of incompetency of NokiaCare Service centres, that even the 'head-office', can't solve any problem. They can't match two batteries, they can't understand the problem with the set.

Now, after one and half month I was asked to create another job sheet for the problem, but I was in doubt what is the validity of a service job sheet. However service job sheet no.[protected]/080628/36 was taken by myself and the target delivery date was 07/Jul/08. And now, it's over. I contacted the NokiaCare centre, but they said the issue is pending and they can't say anything more as it is in 'head-office'. Upon asking they told me that it will take minimum one week to get any notification.

I'm not having the custody of the set for about two months and have to take service job sheets for the same things twice. Please justify. Please also make sure that the set should not bear any new problem. As the set is within warranty period it is advisable to swap the set with a new one, to make the procedure quick and also if the problem can't be rectified, as upto my knowledge no mishandling is done with the set.

Waiting eagerly to use my mobile at my full satisfaction.

nokia 6500slide — poor service

After just 15 days of purchasing my new nokia 6500 slide, it started hanging i deposited it to nokia care, bhuj, kachchh.They told me that i will get it back within 20 days.one n half month has passed.Whenever I go there they say within 4 5 days you will get it back.I ranged on this care line no.[protected] to ask when i will get it back, they told me that call after 48hrs we will tell u the status of your cell.After one n half month of my depositing my cell, even today i dont know what the hell is the fault in my cell??????Is your service so POOR??????Then how you claim, NOKIA, CONNECTING PEOPLE??????To know the status only, if i had to wait for 48hrs, then when the hell i will get my cell????????Now if i dont get it back within a week, i will go to CONSUMER FORUM, to fight for my right.hope to have your PROMPT SERVICE.

Nokia — Decreasing product price

Hi myself shrikant i had a Nokia 6233 handset, i had purchase it in 2007 at Rs 11000/- Rs but now Nokia selling this handset on 7800/- i want to know that why nokia did not care about there old customers while reducing prise. now if i want to sell my cell what will be the prise.
i want the answer from nokia. if they want to sell the handset on low prise they shuld firest stop production of that handset & then lonch new produce & then sell it market at any prise, they dont want to decrease the prise of same model. if it is going on same way customer will stop bying high range models. nokia has to think about that.

I OWE NOKIA 3230 HANDSET.FEW DAYS BACK, ITS DISPLAY DIDNT WORK.I WENT TO CARE CENTER AND WITHOUT LOOKING INTO THE PROBLEM, THEY RETURNED ME MY SET BACK WITHIN A SINGLE MINUTE SAYING THAT YOUR DISPLAY BOARD WILL CHANGE COSTING YOU 1500 RS.
SINCE I COULDNT AFFORD A BIG AMOUNT LIKE THAT, SO WITH NO OPTION, I WENT TO MOBILE MARKET FOR ITS REPAIR. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THAT THE PERSON JUST TOOK 5 MIN AND GAVE MY SET BACK PROPERLY FUNCTIONING.THERE WAS A SMAAL PROBLEM WITH SOME JACK AND SOLDERING IT!ELSE EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

i bought a nokia n73 and a ccar charger for it .I found the car charger was faulty.Took it to nokia care and was told, it had to be replaced.their usual turn around time wud be 10 to 14 days i was told.Its more than month now and still i havent got it.When i call nokia care they ask me to call nokia customer care.When i call customer care they ask me to contact nokia care.they themselves dont know wha the problem.After a long arguement, i was asked to come one ay to collet it.When i went there, i was told it has not arived.They have given a website to check the status which is always says closed and sent to L3.They is no updation done on it.They are not ready to give a refund as well.Its more than 2 months and i have sstill not used it.Its such a poor service.Its a disgrace for a manufacturer like nokia should say they dont have their own stock.If they are care only about the expensive phone, why do they manufacture accessories and why do they provide warranty.to me

i have many cases in my Nokia n81 8gb..

first time i bought this phone in NOkia Oke shop which one of the official dealer of Nokia, , the phone was awesome..I'm really excited of that..
but in a few weeks..
this phone became so annoyed!! I can't press any button in the keypad..i mean the keypad doesn't respond..
i don't know why..as long as i bought this phone..it was never been crashed, , watered or something that can damage this phone..
and after that i went to the dealer where i bought this phone, , and they said they don't know anything..they advised me to go to Nokia customer service office where located in Mal Ciputra..
and then i went there..
and i complained all my problems in there..but what they told me?
they can't help me at all for this time..because of lack of equipment to solve my phone problems, , and then they told me if the equipments have come..they would call me promptly..
and then i agree it..and i also asked how long is it?
they said may be around 2 weeks..
and then i filled all my ID and my phone number..
and 2 weeks has gone..but what is the result..?
they didn't inform me at all..
okey i went back to the office again and asked to them..
and what i was doing there?
i was doing the same thing that i have done it 2 weeks before, , i really angry with them, ,
what the heal were they doing in this past weeks?
they didn't inform me..
and cuz a few days later i had to go to overseas..cuz i study there..so this damn case never solved before..
until now, , my phone still damn creepy..
i really can't use it..
and now my phone warranty has expired..
damn Nokia CS is very annoyed..
u can't satisfy ur customer at all..actually this is just 1 of many my complaints..
i won't buy this phone again..and i hope all people will aware how bad is the services of Nokia..U are a huge company..huh?

Nokia — Poor service/product quality

This Nokia phone was bought from Authorised Nokia dealer in Goa. After 4-5 months the 6 key stopped functioning. It was sent to Service Centre in Andheri East(Tele: 26837955/5461) on 17 Nov, 2008. So far they have not returned it inspite of repeated follow up. I was told that it has been sent to their HO (Tel:[protected] in Parel. Still no response and I am unable to get thru to anybody at this number. Nokia name used to be synonymous with quality/service but my belief in them is shaken now.

Sir, we are facing very much problem of wines shop at the entry point of our colony. honestly there are two wine shops (one english wine & one desi wine shop with egg/meat shop) is running & the drinkers are drinking openly in way of colony, they using abusing language & tonting/sexual harreshment on ladies and girls of the locality.
There is a temple & school also in less 100 meter area, so the ladies n girls avoid to go temple due to drinkers. The enviornment is very poluted and over childrens can't play in colony due to drinkers.
Various accidents heppend there due to the wine shops.

We are humble reqesting you to close the shop of wines and meat/egg shop on urgent basis.
Sirji, your public always want help from your side & will give best wishes to you.

Sub-regarding bad services for my mobile
I am using nokia 5610(red) express music(it’s a piece of ) from the day I bought my mobile I have given my mobile for servicing more than ten times am not satisfied with your service and I still have problems in my mobile. At first I bought the mobile which is a red color I had some problems with keypad and hanging problems and if I play any videos my mobile gets switch off even if I give the correct security code it denies the access and the mobile has network problems. so I gave the mobile to

here MR.MOHAN is the head of the service center and he told to cantact MR.ANAND . He serviced the mobile for more than FIVE TIMES all the FIVE times he said the mobile was ok but it got repaired with in one week period of time each time I travelled from manthuranthakam to CHENNAI(anna salai) which is nearly about 170kms up and down.He took one week for servicing the mobile all the FIVE times and he agree to swap the mobile for a brand new one and he asked me to come after a week but he didn’t replace the mobile instead he gave someother OLD MOBILE THAT IS A USED ONE mobile in which the display was broken he said the brand new mobile will come with in three weeks until the time he asked me adjust with this mobile . I went to that showroom after four weeks but the show room was changed to a laptop service centre I asked them they told to visit the nokia care which is opp to sathyam theatre
Where Mr.gopi the head of the office said that he will repair the old mobile only and he wont offer the new one and I agreed to repair the mobile .They repaired the mobile for more than six times and still the problem in the mobile has not been solved.i have been not receiving a proper response from gopi.And mr.gopi again told me to service the mobile where u have done before but security in the hcl info system wont allow me inside they asked me to visit the above mentioned centre which is opposite to satyam theatre like wise they made me to visit the other service centre(hcl)likewise I have been visiting both the centre’s very often .finally they said that to complain to the company itself and they cant able to do anything.At present I cant able turn my mobile on and the keypad is not working properly can I have a new replacement or not .I want a fresh replacement or atleast to repair the existing one.i never experienced such a bad service from any companys this is the worst experience I had in your service.Every time when I gave the mobile for a service i spent nearly 150rs daily I have wasted so much money in this which not worthfull at all.the staff in the service centres are not giving proper respect everytime I visit they make me to wait for more than four hours and they are not giving any proper response. The days which I used my mobile is very less because it got repaired all the time I have spent 13, 300 rupees on this mobile and I nearly used it for a month or two but I have spent more than 4000rs for travelling to the service centre’s. I am attaching some of the document regarding the assurance of replacement by the service centre and I want you to check on this and give me a solution.and i m not ready to go for that stupid service centre.

I am from Kolkata, i would like to let everybody, whoever residing at
Kolkata to know that i have been using Nokia N95-8GB cell phone since last year
sept'08, my cell broke, so, i went to Nokia Care, Gariahat Branch, where the
customer care people, mentioned there was physical damage caused to the cell and
therefore i would have to pay an overall estimated cost of 8000/- to repair it
completely, excluding facia, after 3 days when i went back to collect my cell, they tampered with the
internal parts and told me that they would require to repair the same which would
cost an extra amount ... What kind of service they gave can be well imagined, when
there hardware engineer gave an ok to the internal hardware of my cell and mentioned
the exact cause & cost that would be required on the jobsheet. Guys, the brand you
can trust but these people are misusing the brand name for satisfying their own
bloody interest.

SIR I PURCHASED A NOKIA HAND SET NO. 5220 ON 14/11/08. IHAVE COMPLANED TO THE NOKIA CARE OF HOOGHLY ABOUT IT ON THE VERY NEXT DAY FOR HANGING PROBLEM, LOUD SPEAKER. IT WAS MADE WITH IN 20 DAYS, AGAIN AFTER SOME DAYS I COMPLANED ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEM. IT WAS AGAIN MADE. AGAIN AFTER SOME DAYS THE LOUD SPEAKER WENT OFF. AND THE RESPONSIBLE MEMBER SAID THAT THE HAND SET WILL BE REPLACED AND THEY SAID TOC OME AFTER 20 DAYS. BUT IT WAS NOT REPLACED INSTEAD THEY TOOK 1 MONTH 10 DAYS IN MAKING IT. AGAIN THE HAND SET IS GIVING ME THE SAME PROBLEM.

ULTIMATELY I GOT IT BACK MYSEL[censored]N REPAIRED ON 22 APRIL, THEY ARE JUST FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS, IF THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING WHY WASTE MY TIME, AND WHEN I GOT IT BACK ITS CONDITION IS MUCH WORSE .
THEY EVEN DONT HAVE FEEDBACK REGISTER IN THEIR PLACE, I DONT KNOW WHERE TO COMPLAIN .
I JUST WANTED TO SMASH MOBILE ON THEIR FACE.
